Homemade Chicken Coconut Curry – A Unique Flavor in Every Bite 

Many of us love cooking chicken curry, but repeating the same recipe often makes it boring. Today, I’ll share a unique dish – Chicken Coconut Curry. The specialty of this recipe lies in its aromatic spices and creamy coconut milk, which make it different from regular chicken curry and even more delightful. 

Ingredients: 

• Chicken – 500g (cut into pieces)

 • Onion – 2 medium (finely chopped)

 • Ginger paste – 1 tsp

 • Garlic paste – 1 tsp 

• Green chili – 3-4 pieces

 • Tomato – 1 large (chopped) 

• Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

 • Red chili powder – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)

 • Coriander powder – 1 tsp

 • Garam masala – ½ tsp 

• Coconut milk – 1 cup 

• Oil – 3 tbsp • Salt – to taste

 • Coriander leaves – for garnish 

Instructions:

 

1. Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped onions until golden.

 2. Add ginger and garlic paste; sauté until the raw smell disappears.

 3. Add tomato, turmeric, red chili, and coriander powder. Stir well. 

4. Add chicken pieces and cook for 7-8 minutes on medium heat. 

5. Pour in coconut milk, cover the pan, and cook for 15 minutes. 

6. Add garam masala and green chilies; simmer for 2 minutes. 

7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving. 

Serving Suggestion: 

This Chicken Coconut Curry goes perfectly with plain rice, pulao, or paratha. It’s an excellent choice for family meals or special guests.
